Sometime answers can be found by reading the product manual which will have been included with your product. You can also download current user guides from our website.

2. Discuss your issue with your dealer / supplier.
All Allen & Heath dealers have good product knowledge and they should be your first point of contact. They should be able to offer technical assistance with respect to product use, warranty and out of warranty repairs.
3. Does your product need a repair?
UK Customers
If your product has a failure within its warranty period please contact the dealer that you purchased the product from.
For products that are outside of the warranty period, then the dealer should still be able to offer a repair solution.
Allen & Heath also have a number of approved service centres. They have all the technical details about our products and access to spare parts.
